Q. What Is Your Return Policy?
A. We want our customers to have a great experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your monitoring system, our qualified customer service people will walk you through the return shipping process. We do need 30 days' advance notice, and if the equipment is not returned within that 30 days there is a $249 Lost Equipment fee.
Q. How Long Does it Take to Get the Lifeguard Monitoring System Delivered to My Home?
A. Once you place an order with us, you can expect your system delivered to you within 3-5 business days: we do offer expedited/overnight shipping for $85.
Q. Am I Required to Sign a Long Term Commitment?
A. We do not require anything beyond a month to month contract
